Print off the registration and rules forms from this website.  Complete them and bring both forms and a copy of your child’s birth certificate to Stanley Quarter Park, on Wednesday, August, 31 2011 @ 5:15.  Dress your child for practice.  See the Division tabs at the top of the page for required equipment.
